Strike drones target Odesa and region, city left without electricity and water

Odesa and the Odesa region came under a massive attack by strike drones. Parts of the city were left without electricity and water, according to Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleh Kiper and the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.
A group of strike drones launched a large-scale attack on Odesa at around 12:30 a.m. Kyiv time on October 11.
Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, had earlier warned of the Shahed drone threat on his Telegram channel.
A short time later, a post appeared reporting the operation of air defense systems.
“Residents of the Odesa region! Air defense is active. Stay in safe places,” he wrote.
At the same time, residents began reporting power outages in various districts of Odesa, including Slobidka, Moldavanka, and Prymorskyi.
An RBC-Ukraine correspondent reported that water supplies were cut off in the city’s Kyivskyi district.
An hour after the start of the drone attack, an all-clear was announced in Odesa and the surrounding region.
