The Russian army attacked a critical infrastructure facility in Chernihiv. As a result of the strike, around 30,000 customers were left without electricity, according to Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, on Telegram.

According to Bryzhynskyi, the Russian attack on the critical infrastructure facility caused a fire. There were no casualties as a result of the strike.

"As a result of the attack, around 30,000 customers in Chernihiv and the Chernihiv district were left without electricity. Restoration work is currently being organized," the official clarified.

He also noted that in areas without electricity, water supply pressure has decreased. Pressure is expected to improve once power is restored.
