Front and missile program: Zelenskyy speaks with Commander-in-Chief
Ukraine is getting stronger. In particular, in the practical implementation of the missile program, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The Ukrainian President said that today, August 7, he had a conversation with the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi. In particular, they discussed Ukraine's actions and steps at the front.
"Details will follow later," the head of the state said.
At the same time, he noted that he had also held a meeting with Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov. They discussed Ukraine's missile program.
"I also held a meeting with Defense Minister Umerov on our missile program - its practical implementation. This is what we are becoming stronger in," Zelenskyy added.
Yesterday the President of Ukraine held a regular meeting of the Staff of Supreme Commander-in-Chief.
One of the topics of discussion was missile production in Ukraine. In particular, Zelenskyy noted that by the decision of the Staff, additional funding for the Ukrainian missile program was allocated. It will result in more missiles of Ukrainian production.
Last month, Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is approaching the capability to use its own missiles.
