Russian Navy has indeed departed from Crimea as of today. However, the threat of attacks still remains, stated Dmytro Pletenchuk, spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy, in a comment on the RBC-Ukraine YouTube channel.

Pletenchuk emphasized that the only reasonably adequate guarantee of security would be the complete absence of enemy ships in the Azov-Black Sea region.

"As long as they are here, it is difficult to say that there is any guaranteed stable level of security. After all, these are combat units, carriers of cruise missiles. Currently, there are eight of them in service, and at least seven of them are operational. Therefore, we cannot say that this problem has been completely resolved," he stressed.

However, the spokesperson confirmed that Russian ships have indeed left Crimea.

"But the fact that they have left Crimea is true," Pletenchuk stated.

It is worth noting that Ukrainian Navy spokesman Dmitry Pletenchuk announced last summer that Russia had withdrawn all patrol ships from its Black Sea Fleet in Crimea.

Recently, this information was also acknowledged by the Russians themselves. Specifically, Russian senator Dmitry Rogozin stated that the Black Sea Fleet has decided to leave Crimea.
