Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 550 g
- Eggs - 3
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
- Flour - 3 tbsp
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Processed cheese (70 g each) - 3
- Tomato - 2
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Pepper - to taste
- Dry garlic - a pinch
- Dill - 1-2 sprigs
- Baking parchment or flat silicone baking mold 40x30 cm
Directions:
To prepare the zucchini roll, wash and grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt, mix, and leave for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add salt, pepper, and sour cream, mix thoroughly.
Squeeze the juice from the zucchini and add the grated mass to the eggs with sour cream. Mix thoroughly, add flour, and mix the vegetable dough again.
Evenly spread the zucchini mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet or silicone mold. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the base for the roll for 20 minutes.
For the filling, grate the processed cheese, add mayonnaise and garlic, and mix the components. Cover the work surface with food wrap, place the zucchini crust and cheese filling.
Wash the tomatoes and dill, slice the tomatoes into thin slices, chop the dill. Arrange the ingredients on top of the cheese filling.
