Zelenskyy: Victory plan consists of five key points and three classified annexes
Today, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his address to the Ukrainian Parliament said that the plan for Ukraine's victory consists of five points and three classified annexes.
According to the head of state, the first point is geopolitical, the second and third are military. The fourth point concerns the economy, and the fifth point addresses security.
Zelenskyy stated that the points are scheduled according to time. As the president explained, the first four points are related to the time of war, and aimed at ending it. The fifth point is for the post-war period to ensure security.
Details of the plan
As the president mentioned, the first point is the invitation of Ukraine to NATO, the second is defense, and the third is deterrence. The fourth point is strategic economic potential. The fifth point is designed for the post-war period.
The defense section of the plan has a classified annex, accessible only to those partners with the necessary military capabilities to assist.

Ukraine's victory plan
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine had developed a plan to win the war with Russia. The details had not been disclosed until now.
The head of state presented the plan to US President Joe Biden, as some points depend on US decisions. Zelenskyy also showed the plan to US presidential candidates.
Additionally, Zelenskyy presented the plan to the Prime Ministers of the UK and Italy, the President of France, and the Chancellor of Germany, as they are Ukraine's key European partners.
