Zelenskyy to visit Budapest tomorrow for European Political Community summit
On Thursday, November 7, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will visit Hungary’s capital, Budapest, to participate in the European Political Community summit, according to the President.
"Tomorrow, I will be in Budapest for the European Political Community summit, at the invitation of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, who holds the presidency in the European Council, and European Council President Charles Michel. This is the fifth summit in this format," said Zelenskyy.
The President noted that this will be the fifth summit in this format. The first was held in Czechia, followed by Moldova, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
“Now it’s Hungary’s turn. I am grateful for the invitation. We will discuss Europe’s security challenges, as well as new opportunities for all partners. There will be several meetings and agreements with European leaders,” Zelenskyy said.
