Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy responded to the Russian strike on a high-rise building in Kryvyi Rih and showed the aftermath of the enemy attack, according to his Telegram.

"The rescue operation is currently underway in Kryvyi Rih. The aftermath of the Russian missile attack. Destruction in a nine-story residential building. Many were wounded, some in critical condition. Including a child. At this time, there are two fatalities. My condolences to the families and loved ones," says the President.

Zelenskyy has noted that rescuers are currently searching for people trapped under the rubble at the site of the Russian strike.

"The work will continue for as long as necessary. I am grateful to everyone who is working there, on-site, rescuing, providing medical assistance. I have instructed to assist as quickly as possible to all who need it," emphasizes the head of state.

Today, March 12, Russian occupiers struck a high-rise building in Kryvyi Rih. It is currently known that civilians were killed as a result of the enemy's attack, and among the wounded is a child.
