Zelenskyy: Raytheon ready to produce Patriot missiles in Ukraine

US company Raytheon, which manufactures missiles for Patriot air defense systems, is ready to have them produced in Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this while speaking to journalists following his meeting with US President Donald Trump.
According to the head of state, his adviser Pavlo Palisa held talks with representatives of Raytheon. He added that Ukraine asked Trump to help speed up the process.
"We need licenses to prepare for the production of Patriots. Raytheon company is ready. We asked President Trump to move this more quickly. He is positive about the licenses," the president said.
Zelenskyy stressed that Ukraine will launch this project within a year or a year and a half. He emphasized that this is work "for the future."
