Zelenskyy proposes building major drone factory in UK

Relations between Ukraine and the United Kingdom should remain strong following the appointment of new Prime Minister Andy Burnham. Moreover, there are already new proposals to strengthen them, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, according to Sky News.
"I want to build a big factory in Britain based on new technologies, share them with our partners," the president said.
He also added that Ukraine is ready to share all of its experience with the United Kingdom. Kyiv expects London to do the same.
Against this backdrop, he once again thanked the British authorities for the assistance and support that Ukraine has been receiving regularly for more than four years.
It was London that made a significant contribution to improving the Armed Forces of Ukraine's capabilities in drone warfare, as well as protection against Russian air attacks.
In Zelenskyy's view, the time has come to "open a new chapter in our relations" between Ukraine and Britain.
The president confirmed that he had a "good phone call" with Andy Burnham after he was appointed British prime minister. They discussed many important issues.
"We spoke about some basic things, also not with details, because I understand what does mean when you just became the leader. Everybody will call you," Zelenskyy said.
Zelenskyy is expected to become Andy Burnham's first foreign guest.
The two leaders are also expected to sign an agreement on July 27.
A prominent British general has also been appointed to lead the force that could enter Ukraine after the war ends.
