Zelenskyy plans meeting with head of JPMorgan Chase & Co in Davos
Volodymyr Zelenskyy plans to meet with JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Chief Executive Officer, Jamie Dimon, this week at the World Economic Forum. In doing so, the Ukrainian leader aims to bolster the country's resources in the fight against Russia, reports Bloomberg.
JPMorgan, the New York-based bank, is advising Zelenskyy on attracting private capital for various reconstruction projects.
In September, Mary Erdoes, the head of the asset and wealth management division at JPMorgan, organized a meeting for Zelenskyy with American financial leaders, including Ken Griffin from Citadel and John Gray from Blackstone Inc, to discuss the search for funds from the private sector for the country's reconstruction.
In addition to the meeting with Dimon, the President of Ukraine also plans to meet with the President of Switzerland, Viola Amherd, and deliver a public speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
