Zelenskyy expressed his condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased. He also thanked the emergency services, police, State Emergency Service (SES), and medical personnel who, despite the threat of repeated strikes, continue to risk their lives to save others.

"These attacks show that Russia's goals remain unchanged. Therefore, it is crucial to continue doing everything to protect lives, strengthen our air defense, and increase sanctions against Russia. Everything that helps Putin finance the war must be destroyed," Zelenskyy emphasized.
