Zelenskyy holds year-end Staff meeting: Topics discussed
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Saturday, December 30, conducted a year-end meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. Discussions revolved around the planning for the upcoming year and the production of drones, according to the president's Telegram channel.
"Summarized the military results of the year, analyzed the outcomes of combat operations, and assessed our decisions. What we did right and what we could have done better," wrote Zelenskyy.
According to him, the briefing defined the strategy for the use of the Defense Forces for the coming year, taking into account all conclusions, forecasts, and capabilities.
"This year, Ukraine did not retreat on any front, reclaimed its sea, and made the skies safer. We continue to work as one team. Thanks to everyone who dedicates all efforts for the victory of Ukraine," he emphasized.
Million drones
During a press conference, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that in 2024, our country plans to manufacture a million drones.
Later, the Minister for Strategic Industries, Oleksandr Kamyshin, clarified that this refers only to FPV drones.
