Zelenskyy: Document outlining conditions for just end to war will be ready in November
Ukraine is preparing a document outlining the conditions for a just end to the war with Russia. The work on it will be completed in November, according to the speech of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the Ukraine - Southeast Europe summit.
"Since July we've been working on the points of peace formula. And by November the document that outlines detailed conditions for the just end to the war will be ready. We are preparing the Second Peace Summit," Zelenskyy said.
According to him, the question now arises of how to force Russia to establish peace with Ukraine and how to make those responsible for the war comply with the conditions of the peace formula.
"Ukraine has developed an action plan that can bridge the gap between the current situation and the successful Peace Summit. When the plan is fully implemented, Russia will lose the ability to threaten Europe. The plan was presented in the United States. And now we are sharing it's points with all those who can help us achieve the goals," the head of state emphasized.
