Shelling of Kharkiv
In March, the Russian occupiers intensified shelling of Kharkiv. They actively use ballistic weapons that cannot be shot down by Ukrainian air defense, as well as guided aerial munitions, which cause significant damage.
The Economist reported that the Russian army aimed to turn Kharkiv into a "gray zone" uninhabitable for life.
During today's address, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that the purpose of such shelling is to push people out of Kharkiv and the region.
