President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he expects detailed reports from government officials and his Office on every agreement reached with Ukraine's partners — including what has been achieved and what remains pending. He warned there would be "personnel consequences" if any commitments are not fulfilled, in his evening address.

Zelenskyy also announced on July 11 that US weapons deliveries to Ukraine have been fully restored, ending a prolonged pause.

In a meeting in Rome with US Senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Blumenthal, the president discussed arms supplies and anti-Russian sanctions. At the same time, Ukraine continues talks with European partners to expand its air defense capabilities.

Separately, around 20 presidential decrees on ambassadorial appointments and dismissals are reportedly in preparation. One of the most notable candidates is current Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, who may become Ukraine's next ambassador to the United States — a move that could trigger a broader Cabinet reshuffle.
