EU leaders' summit

Today, the summit of EU country leaders commenced in Brussels. Several matters concerning Ukraine will be discussed, including the initiation of negotiations for EU accession, providing 50 billion euros in economic support, allocating an additional 20 billion euros for Ukraine's military, and a new package of sanctions against Russia.
