Zelenskyy approves delegation for Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome

Ukraine's delegation to the Recovery Conference in Rome will be led by Yulia Svyrydenko, Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy. The event will take place on July 10–11, according to Presidential Decree No. 94/2025-rp issued by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The decree specifies that the Ukrainian delegation to the Recovery Conference in Rome will include the following members:

Oleksii Kuleba – Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction and Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine

Sergii Marchenko – Minister of Finance of Ukraine

Andrii Sybiha – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

Herman Smetanin – Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine

Olha Stefanishyna – Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine

Mykola Tochytskyi – Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine

Rustem Umerov – Minister of Defense of Ukraine

Mykhailo Fedorov – Deputy Prime Minister for Innovations, Education, Science, and Technology Development, and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine
The primary mission of the delegation is to organize and coordinate activities at the conference, which is focused on identifying key priorities for the recovery of regions, territories, and infrastructure damaged as a result of Russian aggression.
Zelenskyy's upcoming visit to Rome
As reported earlier by la Repubblica, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is expected to arrive in Rome on July 9. A meeting with Italian President Sergio Mattarella is scheduled for 4:00 PM local time (5:00 PM Kyiv time).
