Zelenskyy: Additional helicopter teams will be created to counter drones

Additional helicopter units will be formed in Ukraine to defend against enemy drones, said President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
According to him, today at the meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the security of Ukraine's regions was discussed. In particular, there is clear data for each region on the necessary equipment, required work, and needed funding.
"As for military matters, we defined how to expand the capabilities of army aviation to defend against drones. Additional helicopter groups will be formed. We are working with partners to provide Ukraine with more of the necessary types of aircraft,"
Russian attacks on Ukraine's energy system
With the start of autumn, Russia launched a new wave of strikes targeting Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The main targets have been thermal power plants (TPPs), combined heat and power plants (CHPPs), and other key facilities of the energy station. The Chernihiv and Sumy regions were hit particularly hard, causing widespread blackouts and the introduction of power outage schedules.
