You'll live longer if you eat this cheap dish for breakfast: Sold almost everywhere

Did you know that you can live a long and healthy life if you eat one healthy meal every morning? You all know it well, states Daily Express.
What should you eat for breakfast for longevity
Dan Buettner, an American writer and longevity researcher, has identified "blue zones" around the world after studying what people in different countries eat and how it contributes to reaching incredible ages - often over 100 years old.
He studied the nutrition of people from Okinawa in Japan, Sardinia in Italy, Nicoya in Costa Rica, Ikaria in Greece, and Loma Linda in California, and told what they usually eat for breakfast.
The expert noted that people who have reached an important birthday usually eat one dish for breakfast.
Fortunately, it is not expensive and can usually be found in most supermarkets.
"The best breakfast for longevity is oatmeal. It's full of fiber; you can make it very tasty, and everyone can afford it," he said.
Why is oatmeal so healthy
Oats are particularly rich in resistant starch and fiber, which can contribute to weight loss, heart health, blood sugar control, and digestion.
It is also a good source of iron and vegetable protein. Overall, whichever type you choose, oats have many common benefits, including high levels of beta-glucan.
This compound is great for lowering both LDL (bad) and total cholesterol.
A study involving 80 people with high cholesterol found that consuming 70 grams of oats for about a month resulted in an 8% reduction in total cholesterol and an 11% reduction in LDL (bad) cholesterol.
