Yemen struck after drone attack on Israel
Israel, the United States, and the United Kingdom have launched joint strikes on a Yemeni port. This happened shortly after the drone attack on Israel, according to The Times of Israel.
Today, on July 20, social media reported air strikes on the Houthi-controlled city of Al-Hudaydah in western Yemen.
Photos and videos circulating on social media show flames and smoke rising from the site of the strike. This comes a day after a Houthi drone struck Tel Aviv, killing an Israeli.
Joint attack on Yemen
Al Arabiya, citing unnamed sources, reports that the strike on the fuel depot and refineries in the port of Al Hudaydah in Yemen was carried out jointly by Israel, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
The report also claims that 12 Israeli aircraft, including F-35 fighter jets, took part in the attack.
Yesterday the Houthis attacked Tel Aviv with a new type of drone. The attack killed one person and injured eight others.
Shortly before that, the Houthis fired on two tankers, one of which was heading from Russia to China.
