World's best beaches 2025: Top 50 destinations for heavenly holiday

In the latest ranking of the world's 50 best beaches, there is exotic scenery, turquoise waters, and white sand. But this time, the list surprised not only with its favorites but also with the omission of some of last year’s top picks that didn’t make the cut.
Pink sand, crystal-clear waters, wild lagoons, and cliffs plunging straight into the ocean — that’s what this year’s ranking of the world’s best beaches looks like. The list features places from all continents, from the lost islands of Madagascar to the paradise corners of the Caribbean.
