Netanyahu convenes war cabinet
According to Israeli media reports, Netanyahu has decided to convene a war cabinet, after which he plans to hold a broader security cabinet.
Details are not yet available, but it was previously reported that Netanyahu went to the Israeli Defense Forces military headquarters to hold consultations with senior military leaders on the threat from Iran. At the same time, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant held an assessment with the Chief of Staff of the Israeli Defense Forces.
In addition, US President Joe Biden interrupted his weekend and traveled to Washington to discuss the situation in the Middle East with his team. According to the American portal Axios, this may indicate that Iran's attack will take place in the coming hours.
Jordan has closed the sky
Meanwhile, the Jordanian media outlet Roya News reported that the Jordanian Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission announced the closure of the airspace over the country for all flights from 22:00 Kyiv time.
"This decision will be constantly reviewed and updated in accordance with developments," the Jordanian aviation regulator said in a statement.
Jordan borders Israel, so in the event of an air strike by Iran, missiles could fly over its territory.

Why Iran may attack Israel
In early April, the Syrian capital was hit by a missile attack that completely destroyed the building of the Iranian consulate. At least seven Iranians were killed, including two high-ranking generals.
Iran accused Israel of the attack and promised a "tough" response. Western media wrote that Iran's strike could happen in the coming days. According to CNN, the United States has recorded the movement of weapons in Iran.
