KAJ likely to win Eurovision: History of band, lyrics of song 'Bara Bada Bastu'

On May 13, the first semi-final of Eurovision will take place in Basel, where Sweden will perform — a country that is predicted to win. But do you know what the song "Bara Bada Bastu", performed by the country’s representatives, is about? Here is what is known about the band KAJ.
KAJ is a trio of artists consisting of Kevin Holmström, Axel Åhman, and Jakob Norrgård. The first letters of their names formed the name of the band.
They began their career in 2009 in Finland. The group's performances are humorous, not typical for conventional musical collectives. Nevertheless, they won the national selection in Sweden and made it to Eurovision.
The band gained major popularity 10 years ago thanks to their energetic tongue-twister song "Jåo nåo e ja jåo YOLO ja nåo", the music video for which gathered over 20 million views.
By the way, "Bara Bada Bastu" is the first Swedish-language track since 1998 to be performed on the Eurovision stage.
"We have always written songs in our native dialect and tried to use elements of everyday life," the musicians said.
The title of the song translates as "Just Take a Sauna." And the band sings about the sauna, which is meant to be a place for rebooting and giving people a chance to relax. The lyrics carry a deep meaning, though not everyone may grasp it.
"We've been a comedy group for 15 years, but we've never written anything about the sauna. It's something everyone in Finland knows, and it powerfully connects people," one of the group members noted.
"We have fans in India and the Philippines. People who don't speak Swedish or our strange dialect, but still understand what we're trying to say," the musicians also said.

"The clock is ticking, now it's time
All worries will soon disappear
The best remedy for body and soul
Four walls of wooden panels."
