Why hair loss occurs before the age of 35
Many people under the age of 35 may experience hair loss, dryness, fragility, brittleness, early graying, and deterioration of nails.
This is the main sign that there are significant deficiencies in the body.
So, before applying creams, washing, and trying to fix the consequences, you should "dig deeper and look inside."
The coach explained that genetics usually play a role, but it mostly depends on the lifestyle a person leads.
"Early graying is probably genetic - most people think so," the expert added.
But few consider the condition of the body our parents, and grandparents were in.
Poor condition of your gastrointestinal tract
If there is low acidity of gastric juice, no matter how much protein-rich food you eat, it will be poorly absorbed. This also applies to such minerals and vitamins as iron, zinc, copper, vitamin B12, and vitamin C.
These are key vitamins and minerals that affect the condition of our hair and nails, so no matter how much protein, iron-rich, and other products you eat, only a small portion will be absorbed.
Symptoms of improper gastrointestinal tract function include:
- Unpleasant breath odor
- Stomach pain after eating
- Belching
- Bloating
- Flatulence
- Diarrhea
- Constipation
- Pain in the right or left hypochondrium.
Yurii Popko mentioned that it is important to start by understanding which specific part of the gastrointestinal tract has malfunctioned. This could be:
- Low acidity in the stomach
- Bile stasis
- Insufficient amount of pancreatic enzymes
As a result, when poorly digested food reaches the intestines, there is an excessive growth of pathogenic microflora.
Even if you add a vitamin-mineral complex to the diet, it either won't change the situation at all, or the difference will be insignificant and only during the period of taking these supplements.
How to keep your hair in good condition
To prevent graying and hair loss, you need to:
- Take multivitamin supplements with micronutrients.
- Quit smoking.
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Follow a healthy diet - to provide your hair with necessary nutrients, consume plenty of protein-rich foods such as chicken, fish, and dairy products.
- Protect from heat and chemical processes. Styling with hot tools, various chemical processes, and coloring can cause damage and hair loss.
