Volodymyr Zelenskyy: Peace plan is 90% agreed, US-Ukraine security guarantees - 100%

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the 20-point peace plan has already been agreed upon by 90%, while US security guarantees are fully in place, according to a live broadcast of a joint press conference by the leaders of Ukraine and the United States.
"20-point peace plan is 90% agreed, US-Ukraine security guarantees - 100%, US-Europe-Ukraine security guarantees are almost agreed, military dimension - 100% agreed, prosperity plan is being finalized," stated Zelenskyy.
At the same time, US President Donald Trump said that the process was overall 95% finalized.

On December 28, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Florida for talks with Trump. The discussions focused on a peace plan aimed at ending the war in Ukraine.
Zelenskyy noted in advance that security guarantees would be a key topic. According to CNN, Trump is prepared to submit security guarantees for Ukraine to Congress for approval.
A senior US official said the package of security protocols under discussion was the strongest ever proposed and described it as exceptionally robust.
