The exchange of intelligence between the US and Ukraine has resumed, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The US has resumed the exchange of intelligence after it had been suspended for a certain period of time.
At the same time, Zelenskyy did not disclose any further details.
He merely added that a new meeting with US President Donald Trump's team regarding the end of the Russian-Ukrainian war could take place as early as next week.
US decision on Ukraine
Recently, Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that US President Donald Trump's administration had warned of a possible halt to intelligence sharing if Ukraine did not stop striking oil refineries in Russia.
Shortly thereafter, US officials attributed the lack of warning regarding Russian ballistic missile strikes on Kyiv on October 12 to bad weather.
US media reported that Trump was furious and could halt intelligence sharing with Ukraine at any moment.
CIA Director John Ratcliffe was trying to dissuade Trump from making this decision.
In light of recent events, the European Commission stated that it saw no signs of a halt to the exchange of US intelligence with Ukraine.
Trump himself insisted that he was helping Ukraine and had not halted the exchange of intelligence.
