US company Haddy has created the TF-179 unmanned surface vessel using large-format 3D printing technology, according to the company's press service.
The unmanned vessels were manufactured using "large-format robotic printing." According to the developers, such projects demonstrate how digital manufacturing enables flexible development cycles, design flexibility and a faster path from concept to deployment.

It should be recalled that Ukraine's military intelligence service previously reported that Ukraine was working on a new system for maritime drones that would not only allow it to destroy enemy targets, but also detain sanctioned vessels in the Black Sea and escort them to a port for subsequent confiscation.
According to the commander of a military intelligence unit using the call sign "Dev'yatyi," the new concept is based on a modernized multipurpose maritime drone called Katran.
We also reported that Ukrainian forces had for the first time demonstrated the operation of the Barracuda maritime drone, which attacks Russian positions alongside other unmanned systems.
