US Congress says Putin’s use of North Korean troops must be red line
Mike Turner, Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, urged US President Joe Biden to recognize the use of North Korean troops against Ukraine as a red line for the United States and NATO, according to Mike Turner.
According to the post, the congressman addressed Biden with a corresponding letter.
He questioned why the administration failed to promptly inform Congress about the movement of North Korean troops to Russia.

It is worth recalling that, according to Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, about 11,000 North Korean infantry soldiers are undergoing training in eastern Russia to be deployed in the war against Ukraine. They are expected to begin fighting in November.
Andrii Sybiha, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, has called on partners to take action.
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer stated that this reflects the level of desperation of Russia’s leadership.
NATO does not rule out that North Korean soldiers may appear on the battlefield in Ukraine. However, the alliance currently has no confirmation of their involvement.
