US presidential candidate Kamala Harris is ready to take a cognitive test with Republican Donald Trump, according to her interview with CBS News. Before that, Trump called his opponent in the election “stupid.”

Responding to Trump's statements about IQ, Harris said she was ready to take a cognitive test if the Republican agreed to take the same.

She also added that her opponent “is increasingly unstable and unhinged” and resorts to name-calling because he “has no plan for the American people.”

Harris also noted that many people who had worked closely with the Republican eventually turned against him.

“Don't take it from me, listen to the people who know him best. His former chiefs of staff. Most recently, 4-star Marine General John Kelly. Listen to two former secretaries of defense who worked for him, listen to his national security adviser, listen to his vice president, who have all, in one way or another, said he is unfit to be president again, should never be president again, and is dangerous,” she added.

Election in the United States

On November 5, the US will hold the presidential election. The main contenders for the post are the representative of the Republican Party Donald Trump and the candidate from the Democratic Party Kamala Harris.

According to the latest sociological data, Trump is ahead of Harris in the ratings, albeit with a small difference. According to a Bloomberg poll, both candidates have equal chances in seven key states.

Trump and his vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance recently presented a plan to end the war in Ukraine. They proposed a model of a frozen conflict with the autonomous regions on both sides of the demilitarized zone and the condition that Kyiv does not join NATO.
