The United Nations mission will arrive in Nagorno-Karabakh this weekend. It will be the first visit in the last 30 years, according to a statement made by the spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General, Stéphane Dujarric.

According to him, the visit will allow UN representatives to familiarize themselves with Azerbaijan's current humanitarian activities in the region.
They will also demonstrate to the mission members the process of restoring certain infrastructure objects, disarmament, and confiscation of ammunition from illegal armed formations in Armenia.
