Ukrainians raise UAH 235 million in three days for 10,000 kamikaze drones
The joint fundraising by UNITED24, the Come Back Alive Foundation and monobank for 10,000 kamikaze drones has been completed. It took three days for Ukrainians to raise UAH 235 million, reports the Come Back Alive Foundation on Facebook.
"The fundraiser is closed. Three days. We have raised more than 235 million hryvnias for 10,000 kamikaze drones as part of Operation Unity," the statement reads.
Fundraising
The fundraiser for 10,000 kamikaze drones was announced on August 14. Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov said that UNITED24, the Come Back Alive Foundation, and monobank had joined forces to raise UAH 235 million for 10,000 kamikaze drones.
According to him, the FPV drones will be purchased abroad and equipped with combat parts worth UAH 57 million in Ukraine.
Fedorov said that everyone who donates money has a chance to receive a platinum monobank card, a meeting with UNITED24 ambassadors, and military artifacts from the Come Back Alive Foundation.
