Ukrainians in occupation are being warned of possible Russian provocations during 'elections'
Russian occupiers in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine are planning terrorist attacks during the so-called elections for the president of the Russian Federation. Ukrainians in occupation areas have been warned about possible provocations by the occupiers, according to the Yellow Ribbon resistance movement.
"According to information from activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement, from March 15 to 17, Russians plan terrorist attacks and provocations resulting in casualties among the civilian population at polling stations in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine," the report said.
Activists add that the occupiers intend to blame Ukrainian forces for alleged provocations.
Ukrainians in the occupation have been urged not to approach "polling stations" from March 15 to 17 and to stay at home.
"Do not ignore air raid alarms. Ignore the elections," activists urge.
Pseudo-elections in Russia
The so-called presidential elections will last for three days in Russia - from March 15 to 17, 2024.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will be able to remain in power until at least 2030. Moreover, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has already said that Putin will be re-elected with a result of 90% of the vote.
Kremlin hopes that 30% of residents of the temporarily occupied territories will voluntarily participate in the "elections" for the president of the Russian Federation.
