Ukrainian defenders repelled hundreds of attacks by Russian troops from February 4 to 10, with the Armed Forces of Ukraine actively eliminating enemy soldiers, according to Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi.

“We continue to destroy the enemy and its reserves. Over the past week, from February 4 to 10, Ukrainian defenders stopped 741 attacks by the occupiers on our positions,” Syrskyi noted.

He thanked every Ukrainian soldier for their professional combat work.

Ukrainian Armed Forces offensive in Kursk region

Last week, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukrainian defenders had launched a new offensive in the Kursk region.

He specified that the soldiers managed to advance up to 2.5 kilometers into the Kursk region.

Moreover, according to the latest data from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue their advance in the Kursk region, particularly moving southeast of Sudzha.

ISW also reports that Ukrainian forces have achieved success in the Vovchansk area of the Kharkiv region.
