Ukrainian soldiers destroy Russian EW system in Zaporizhzhia region
Ukrainian soldiers in the Zaporizhzhia region discovered and defeated the Russian electronic warfare system Zhytel, according to the command of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
While conducting reconnaissance in the Zaporizhzhia direction, operators of the 3rd separate regiment of the Special Forces discovered a Russian automated jamming station R-330Zh Zhytel.
The operators directed the fire of the missile and artillery unit of the Ukrainian Defense Forces at the Russian target.
"As a result of coordinated work, the Zhytel electronic warfare system was destroyed," the military writes.
Situation at front
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported today that the Ukrainian military repelled 22 Russian attacks in the Novopavlivka direction, held their positions, and repelled the assaults of the Russian occupation forces in the Kherson direction.
Russia's losses in the war against Ukraine as of Monday morning, April 1, amount to 710 occupants, bringing the total number of Russian army losses since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine to 442,880.
