A Ukrainian National Guardsman escaped encirclement on an electric bicycle. The bike was dropped to him by a drone, according to the National Guard brigade Rubizh.

The brigade reported that the soldier, with the call sign Tankist, from the 4th Rapid Reaction Battalion Syla Svobody (Power of Freedom), was wounded and held a circular defense for five days. He was unable to leave his position on his own.

The command made an unconventional decision: a 42-kilogram electric bicycle was loaded onto a drone and sent to Tankist.

The Ukrainian soldier took the opportunity and began breaking through to his comrades' positions on the bike.

Evacuation by Bradley IFV

Earlier, the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released footage showing how Ukrainian defenders were evacuated from under enemy assault with the help of a Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle.

Russian forces had approached almost point-blank, but Ukrainian artillery struck first. After that, the soldiers were quickly evacuated in armored vehicles.

Recently, medics from the 44th Separate Artillery Brigade named after Hetman Danylo Apostol also shared how they rescue wounded Ukrainian soldiers under constant enemy shelling.
