Ukrainian Presidential Office held talks with U.S. National Security Advisor: Details
The Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, held a telephone conversation with the Advisor to the U.S. President on National Security, Jake Sullivan. They agreed on a meeting of national security advisors from the U.S., the United Kingdom, and others, according to the Head of the Office of the President.
"We discussed the results of the third meeting of national security and foreign policy advisors on the Ukrainian Peace Formula, which took place last week in Malta, where plans for implementing the five points of the formula were considered," wrote Yermak.
According to the Head of the Office of the President, the parties agreed to hold an additional consultative meeting of national security advisors from the U.S., the United Kingdom, Germany, and France.
Yermak specifically thanked the head of the White House, his administration, and both houses of Congress for their support and assistance to Ukraine in its struggle against Russian aggression.
Peace formula summit
On October 28, the third meeting of advisors on national security and foreign policy regarding the peace formula took place. Among the issues discussed were:
- Nuclear and radiation safety;
- Energy security;
- Uninterrupted food supply;
- Return of deported children, civilian hostages, prisoners of war;
- Restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
