Ukrainian Parliament approves Foreign Minister Kuleba's resignation
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has been dismissed from his post, according to MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak. He has been serving as Foreign Minister since March 2020.
"The Parliament dismissed Dmytro Kuleba from the post of Foreign Minister of Ukraine," he writes.
240 MPs voted in favor.

Dmytro Kuleba
Dmytro Kuleba has served as Ukraine's Foreign Minister since March 4, 2020. He has also been a member of the National Security and Defense Council since March 13, 2020.
Before he was appointed Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Kuleba served as Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration from August 2019.
In 2016, Kuleba was appointed Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe by the decree of then-President Petro Poroshenko. He previously held many positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In 2021, Kuleba received the Order of Merit, III class, and is the author of the book ‘War for Reality. How to win in the world of fakes, truths, and communities. He has two children.
Personnel changes in Cabinet of Ministers
In July, RBC-Ukraine wrote that the so-called Cabinet reset, which has been discussed for a long time, involves, among other things, the replacement of Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. If such a decision is made, Shmyhal could be replaced by early autumn.
On September 3, RBC-Ukraine's sources said that numerous reshuffles in the Cabinet of Ministers are expected this week. Rotations are also possible in the Presidential Office.
As the head of the Servant of the People faction, Davyd Arakhamia, later explained, the Cabinet plans to replace 50% of the government. On the same day, in the evening, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the changes in the Cabinet.
On September 4, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba submitted his resignation to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
