Ukrainian OP responds to Musk's meme: Any support for Russia is direct investment in genocide
Ukrainian Office of the President (OP) criticized billionaire Elon Musk for his mockery of Ukraine's leader, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The OP stated that any support for Russia at this moment is a direct investment in war and the genocide of the Ukrainian people, according to the advisor to the head of the President's Office, Mykhailo Podolyak.
"Any support for Russia today is a direct investment in war, genocide, the killing of the free world, escalation, and impunity. Any silence or mockery of Ukraine today is unequivocal encouragement of Russian propaganda, which justifies mass violence and destruction," he wrote.
According to Podolyak, unfortunately, not all significant media figures thousands of kilometers away from the epicenter of the war are capable of realizing what daily bombings and the cries of children losing their parents mean.
"Sometimes it's better to remain silent, isn't it, Elon Musk?" added the advisor to the head of the Presidential Office.
Elon Musk's meme
American entrepreneur and owner of SpaceX and the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Elon Musk, mocked the request of Ukraine's President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, for assistance in combating Russian aggression.
Ukrainians criticized Musk for his cynicism, but some Americans supported his stance that the United States supposedly provides Ukraine with too much money.
