The Khortytsia Operational-Strategic Group of Ukrainian Armed Forces has released data on Russian losses on the eastern front. During this period, Russian forces suffered significant casualties, the Telegram channel of the Khortytsia Operational-Strategic Group of Forces reports.
In particular, the Ukrainian military presented the Russian losses for the first three months of 2025.
During this period, Russian troops suffered significant losses, including 146 soldiers, 1 tank, 2 armored combat vehicles, and 4.5 artillery systems.
"The Russian people are paying an enormous price for the Kremlin’s ambitions," the statement says.
Losses on the front and the vast resources the aggressor country is forced to allocate to support military operations are making the situation increasingly difficult for both the military and economic potential of Russia.
Russian losses in Ukraine
As previously reported, Ukrainian defenders eliminated another 1,350 Russian invaders in one day. Thus, the total losses of the aggressor country in manpower during the war have already exceeded 925,000 troops.
In addition, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, noted that since the beginning of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ operation in the Kursk region, Russia has lost more than 55,000 military personnel.
At the same time, according to the independent Levada Center, support for the war against Ukraine among Russian residents has reached its peak. In February 2025, the level of support for the war reached 80%, a figure previously recorded in March 2022.
