Ukrainian intelligence has released another radio intercept, capturing Russian soldiers navigating the battlefield using the bodies of their fallen comrades, according to the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
In the radio intercept obtained by Ukrainian intelligence, one of the Russian soldiers moving toward combat positions can be heard attempting to orient himself on the terrain by the bodies of earlier attackers, but he is unable to locate them.
"He doesn’t know whether to move forward or not, because then there are no bodies, he can’t see them," reports a group commander over the radio.
The radio carries an order to continue moving and keep searching for the bodies.
"Well, our whole platoon is lying there, so we need to reach the first one, see what’s going on, and if they’re not there… then we return," orders the senior officer.
"The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reminds: every Russian serviceman who does not want to die in a 'meat assault' and become a reference point on the battlefield has a chance to save their life," the military added.
It is recalled that the Ukrainian state project "I Want to Live" allows Russian servicemen to voluntarily surrender.
The program also accepts applications from Russians who wish to leave the aggressor country or join the fight against the Putin regime.
Notably, Ukrainian intelligence recently released new evidence of war crimes committed by Russian forces.
In an intercepted conversation, the commander of Colombian mercenaries fighting for Russia orders the execution of peaceful Ukrainians, including women and children.
