Ukrainian state portal to launch AI assistant — Will 'Diia' get ChatGPT?

The Ukrainian government portal "Diia" will soon feature artificial intelligence. It will help users find services and documents, and, in the future, it will even be able to communicate by voice, informs "Diia" press service.
Beta testing of artificial intelligence in "Diia" will begin in June. According to the press service, the AI assistant will help locate services and documents. Users will also be able to interact with it by voice.
"Simply describe your situation and Diia will advise you on what to do. 'I had a baby' — the AI assistant will suggest which services are needed and how to access them," the announcement says.
The app's press service also says that, in the future, there will be voice interaction, automatic document delivery, and full 24/7 digital support available.

"Diia" is a Ukrainian government service created to ensure citizens' convenient access to administrative services. Through the portal and mobile app, users can access services, submit documents online, and store digital copies of IDs, certificates, and licenses.
