Ukraine's victory plan
On October 17, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented Ukraine's victory plan during his visit to Brussels. According to him, most European Union leaders expressed support for this plan.
Before his trip to Europe, Zelenskyy presented this plan in the Verkhovna Rada. It consists of five main points and three confidential annexes. One of the key elements of the plan is the proposal for Ukraine to receive a fast invitation to NATO.
