Ukrainian forces unveil video of Russian failed assault near Bakhmut

Russian military attempted to storm Ukrainian positions near Bakhmut. However, the occupiers were eliminated with the help of aerial reconnaissance, reports the Center for Strategic Communications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As noted by the department, the operation against Russian soldiers was carried out by a drone operator from the 5th Separate Assault Brigade. He accurately dropped ammunition on them, hindering the assault by the occupiers.
"The assault failed: one after another, the occupiers attempting to storm our positions on the outskirts of Bakhmut were shot by the UAV operator from the 5th Separate Assault Brigade," the video is captioned.
Losses of Russia in Ukraine
As of Monday, January 15, Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine amounted to 980 occupiers, with the total number of casualties in the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion being 370,980 military personnel.
In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 14 tanks and 18 artillery systems.
