On the night of November 1, 2025, Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out a fire strike on the infrastructure of the RN-Tuapse Oil Refinery in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to preliminary data, the oil loading infrastructure of the federal-level seaport located on the Black Sea coast in Tuapse Bay was hit. This terminal is one of the largest in Russia and plays an important role in ensuring the export of oil products.

The Defense Forces emphasized that they continue to strike at Russia’s military and economic potential to compel the aggressor to end its armed aggression against Ukraine.

It was also reported that on the night of November 2, unknown drones again massively attacked Russia. Residents across several regions complained about the sounds of drones and explosions.

Later, it became known that electric substations in Russia were also targeted during the attack.

Strikes on oil refineries in Russia

As a reminder, back in September, Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces successfully disabled the Ilsky Oil Refinery in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai.

The operation was conducted in cooperation with the Russian underground resistance and became part of a large-scale wave of attacks across Russian territory. On the night of September 7, Ukrainian defenders struck several strategic targets, including a section of the “Steel Horse” oil pipeline and the Ilsky refinery itself.

Earlier, on September 6, Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces released a video report showing the results of August drone strikes on Russian oil refineries. Operators from the 14th UAV Regiment conducted 11 successful “deep strike” operations.

In addition, on the night of October 29, Ukrainian forces carried out a series of high-precision strikes on key facilities of Russia’s military-industrial complex, delivering yet another significant blow to the aggressor’s war economy.

Three major industrial facilities came under fire simultaneously. More details – find in the RBC-Ukraine report.
