According to the source, high-ranking Russian officers were in the command post that was hit by Ukrainian soldiers.

Explosions in Sevastopol
Today, April 15, in the morning, explosions were heard in Sevastopol, in the city center.
During the explosions in Sevastopol Bay, a smoke screen was observed.
After that, an air raid siren sounded in Sevastopol. Russians immediately sent aircraft into the sky to prevent strikes against them.
At the same time, the ATESH movement wrote that a a strike was made on a unit of the 810th Separate Marine Brigade of the Russian Federation in Sevastopol. The second floor of one of the buildings was destroyed.
