On the night of March 15, Russian terrorists attacked Ukraine with Shahed-type combat drones. The Defense Forces destroyed 27 drones, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

During the night, Russians launched 7 anti-aircraft missiles S-300/S-400 at the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions, one guided aviation missile Kh-59 at the Poltava region, and 27 combat UAVs of the Shahed type. The launch areas for the drones were in Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Kursk regions of Russia, according to the report.

To repel the aerial attack, anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force and Ground Forces, mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, and radio-electronic warfare units were involved.

As a result of the combat operations, 27 Shahed drones were shot down in the areas of Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, and Kyiv regions.

According to preliminary operational information, there were no casualties or damage in the capital.
