Ukrainian artillery eliminate Russian troops near Velyka Novosilka

In recent days, Ukrainian forces used drones to detect enemy equipment near Velyka Novosilka. Artillery then targeted the Russian army, according to the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade (110th OMBR).
According to the military, the first strike on Russian troops slightly missed the target. In response, the enemy quickly attempted to deploy infantry—up to 20 soldiers—into a tree line while their vehicles tried to retreat.
However, a second strike was carried out, delivering a devastating blow.
"Within 10 minutes, at least 10 of our shells landed precisely in the tree line. If any of the invaders survived, they certainly had no thoughts of expanding the so-called ‘Russian world’ anymore," the brigade reported.
Battle for Velyka Novosilka
Heavy fighting has been ongoing in the settlement of Velyka Novosilka, Donetsk region, for several weeks.
Earlier, the 110th OMBR reported that despite the fierce clashes, the Russian advance in Velyka Novosilka could slow down due to a natural barrier. The Mokri Yaly River, which once posed logistical challenges for Ukrainian forces, has now become an obstacle to the enemy’s advance.
