Ukrainian Armed Forces target Russian ammunition depots in occupied Crimea
Ukrainian military hit Russian ammunition depots in temporarily occupied Crimea, according to a post by the Centre for Strategic Communications on Telegram.
The event took place near the village of Pervomaiske.
"During the day on January 4, it was confirmed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had struck ammunition depots near the village of Pervomaiske in the temporarily occupied Crimea," the statement said.
Explosions in Crimea
Yesterday, powerful explosions were heard in Sevastopol and Yevpatoriia. Before that, Russian occupiers had closed the movement on the Crimean Bridge.
Later, the Centre for Strategic Communications Ukraine of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that a command center of Russian occupation forces was struck near the occupied Sevastopol. Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykola Oleshchuk, reported that the operation was carried out with the help of Ukrainian pilots.
There were also reports on social media that a military unit in Yevpatoriia was hit, and as a result of the attack, allegedly 23 occupants and a Russian colonel were eliminated.
