Ukrainian Armed Forces reveal where Russians use drones more
The military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has found out in which areas the Russians use drones more often and in which they deploy aircraft, says Volodymyr Fitio, head of the public relations service of the Land Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to Fitio, the Russian army is using more drones in the Bakhmut sector, while it is using aviation more actively in the Lyman-Kupiansk sector.
For example, yesterday, December 9, the Russian military fired more than 800 times in these two areas.
The number of Russian attacks in the Lyman-Kupiansk sector on December 9 was lower due to weather conditions - raindrops in subzero weather immediately froze.
He noted that the drones that were raised into the air quickly got frozen.
"There are more drones in the Bakhmut sector, and more enemy aircraft are used in the Lyman-Kupiansk sector, weather conditions permitting. They have enough artillery shells, everything is fine with the logistics," Fitio said.
Russia's losses in the war
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces, over the past day, December 9, Ukrainian soldiers eliminated 700 occupants. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russia has lost 338,820 troops.
